This week, we spotlight Stephany Hanzal, Technical Project Manager at 3D Cloud™. Let’s read on to learn more!

Stephany, what is your current role at the company?

My current role is managing project timelines, risks, action items, and client relationships.

What does your role consist of?

My role consists of understanding the entire content and software lifecycle process, managing possible risks, and providing transparency and communication to our customers and all stakeholders involved.

What do you love most about the work we do here?

The people, definitely. We’re allowed to work autonomously, but your team has your back whenever you need it.

What do you think makes our team culture unique?

Our team culture is unique because of the trust, we’re trusted to work in our own way. There is trust that you will ask for help when needed and give it when you can.

How do you structure your day?

I structure my day by starting off with a recap and report of what I did the previous day and seeing how that aligns with my weekly goals. The mornings are for getting the important tasks done, and the afternoons are for meetings and smaller needs.

If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be?

The Dolomites

What’s something that you’ve always wanted to try or learn?

I’ve always wanted to learn another language!
